My most recent visit had me waiting 20 minutes for my number to be called before I finally went to ask and they must have forgotten about my order, which is excusable, but no apology or even any sort of remorse was displayed. Employees seemed more concerned with who to blame for the problem. While not totally unexpected behavior for a fast food place, it's still disappointing.April 13, 2017
