  experience was the worst ive ever had at the location food was cold , service was slow and waitress was rude and unprofessional so was management , waited for someone to come greet us and take drink order for 30mins , food was sitting under hot light for a while and given to us a if it was fresh, waitress did not even know who to give food to she was rude and had attitude and manager fred did nothing to compensate time , or terrible poor service that was given by the waitress corporate will be contacted .... and I will never return to this store !

  Ordered a margarita (didn't see a price but assumed it was the regular $5-7. Finished eating, got the bill and saw it was nearly $10. So, they don't show/tell you the prices of their alcoholic drinks in the menu (I triple checked) because "If people saw how expensive they were, then people wouldn't order them."-the waitress serving us. So they have set themselves up for a lawsuit due to false advertising/lying to the consumer. The meal was great but this was a horrible experience and I probably won't be going back if they would rather hide prices from customers and steal their money without their knowledge.

  I ordered a Togo and when I went to the bar the bartender couldn't find my order. She had quite the attitude from first encounter. After running my card she slammed the reciept on the bar and walked away while leaving my food sitting on the cooler out of reach. Never saying thank you, have a good night, or even apologizing for the mix up. Needless to say the empty bar she was tending is clearly because of her lack of genuine customer service.
