  I prefer this Panera to the one on Wendover. The service is better, and the employees more friendly. We've been inside and order take out. It's a good solid Panera Bread.

  Hit or miss, guys. I love Panera bread, but this store is hit or miss. It is great if you go there when they aren't busy, but if there is a wait, things become a little dicey. They are trying to keep the line moving by having someone put orders together WHILE you are still placing your order. I ordered a toasted bagel with butter, and received a cold, barely toasted bagel with cream cheese. Needless to say, when I received my butter, it sat on top in a glob. And they won't take the food back to retoast, after you have taken your order tray from them, so this breakfast was a big fail. I won't go back during busy times again.

  I like the Panera Bread chain. Many seating options at this locations. The staff is consistently nice and professional. The food is always good. This location has nothing profound over any other location. You will not be disappointed in your visit.

  Panera Bread's food quality and menu are absolutely fantastic. However, THIS location is complete opposite of anything fantastic. I visited this location for 2-3 times a week for a little over 4 years and was thrilled with everything. Friendly staff, great quality of food, speedy and quick service, no complaints. However, within the last year the quality of this location has plummeted. Don't even bother to use the mobile app and try to order ahead, the staff never pays attention to the computer where orders come in and you end up waiting in the horrendous line anyway (happened 4 times now). The line is usually stretched from the ONE register that they have open (they have 4), through the showroom and out the door. There current staff is anything but friendly and lacks any sense of urgency or customer satisfaction. This is evident in their management staff and ESPECIALLY the location's district manager (I gave multiple employees compliments when I frequented this location for years, hence how I know who he is). During my last 4 visits to this location I have watched him just stand by casually sipping his coffee while complete chaos and confusion unfolds all over the facility. The location is currently ANYTHING but relaxing or convenient. Driving to a different location further away is completely worth the time and effort, especially for a carry out order. Extremely disappointed.
